This is a small-group personal training short-term offering to encourage adults to learn and feel more comfortable using weights. Why do we want to encourage weight training? Here are some reasons...

**All participants MUST sign up at least 24 hours in advance for each session by emailing: info@sole2soulcounselng.com

5, 45-minute sessions with Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Kerry Peeters. Everyone walks away with a plan to practice after the sessions!

1. July 16th - Upper Body (chest, shoulders, triceps - push training)

2. August 20th - Upper Body (back, biceps - pull training)

3. September 17th - Lower Body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves)

4. October 15th - Fit Fuel (Nutritional information to enhance your workouts and recovery)

5. November 19th - Core and Fuel Body Express (core and 15-minute full body workout when short on time)

Times: 5:30-6:15 am and 5:30-6-15 pm

Cost: $25

*All participants who sign up to use the Sole 2 Soul Wellness Center Fitness Room for one month, use it 7+times after a session with Kerry will then be offered the next month at $5 for unlimited use!
