Mental Health Counseling

 

• Cost ranges depending on type of visit and length of visit. Insurance plans vary which will determine cost to a customer. It is always encouraged that you know your benefit plan for outpatient mental health services prior to starting treatment. We offer a fee forgiveness rate for consumers who chose to self-pay. • Co-pays or deductible fees are collected after the insurance claim has been processed. Self-pay fees are collected at the beginning of each counseling session.

• We do not currently provide any Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

  • Katie Jensen, LPC - Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare (commercial only), UMR, Health Partners-Robin, Health Payment System (HPS), Network Health Plan, Self-Pay

  • Sandra Piotrowski, LPC-IT - Network Health Plan, Health Payment System (HPS) network - which may include Prairie States or Lucent Health as the third party administrator. *For HPS, please ensure your plan allows coverage for an "in-training therapist", Self-Pay

 

Consultation for Parents/Caregivers

• 30 minute consults: $75

Consultation for Schools or Other Professionals:

​

• In-person collaboration with 1-5 school professionals: $160/hour​​

• Psychoeducation presentations to small or large groups: $350 for 1 hour presentation

• Travel time not included in above noted fees as they are adjusted depending on travel time from S2S office
