Katie Jensen, MSE, LPC

Katie Jensen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Sole 2 Soul, a clinic providing mental health counseling and consulting to individuals, families and professionals. Katie received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

 

Katie has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania focused on  treating adults as well as advanced training focused on the treatment of children and adolescents. She has also completed training in the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute through the International OCD Foundation to administer Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) as well as has been trained in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to treat OCD and other anxiety related disorders. Additionally, Katie has been trained in the Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) through the Tourette's Association of America. Katie specializes in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, Tics/Tourettes, depression, ADHD, and family systems stressors. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in various settings including within residential treatment, day treatment and outpatient treatment. Katie provides parent consultations and is a parent/caregiver trainer through several area counties in the Fox Valley within Children's Long-Term Services.

Sandra Piotrowski, MSE, MAC, LPC-IT, SAC-IT

Sandra Piotrowski is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor in training (LPC-IT) with a rich background in education, having served as a special education teacher and elementary school principal. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Lakeland University, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic practices. As a mental health counselor, Sandra specializes in the following: anxiety, ADHD, autism, adoption, depression, grief, family systems struggles and she supports clients with special needs including learning and developmental needs.

 

Sandra also works as a consultant for Sole 2 Soul, providing Parent/Caregiver Training for the Children’s Long-Term Services (CLTS) programs for several area counties. Sandra also holds a Substance Abuse Counselor in training (SAC-IT) certificate. She utilizes the ASAM substance abuse assessment to provide tailored services aimed at promoting ongoing recovery along with psychoeducation and parent consultation of those effected by substance use and abuse.

 

Sandra’s comprehensive expertise and compassionate approach make her a committed advocate for the well-being of all her clients. Sandra is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Kerry Peeters, CHC, CPT 

Health Coach and Personal Trainer

Kerry contracts with Sole 2 Soul as a fitness facilitator and for nutritional support. Kerry and Sole 2 Soul have created Soul Movement, a branch of Sole 2 Soul focusing on physical health and fitness, as well as nutritional support. Kerry has enjoyed coaching middle school students in track for 4 years as well as has been a Girls on the Run coach for 3 years. Kerry has spent the past 4 years providing specialized nutritional support, exercise support and emotional empowerment to adults who are wanting to see changes both physically and mentally. She worked with individual women as well as ran Facebook groups for adults focusing on the physical and nutritional goals.

Kerry graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2003. Her passion for exercise, cooking healthy meals for her family, and improving her own overall wellness led her to supporting others on their health journeys. She became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach and has been helping others make habit changes, so they can feel their best. Kerry loves watching her clients improve their lives by taking control of their health.

Tammy Krueger, MSE

Mindfulness Trainer

Tammy Krueger, MSE, is a passionate and dedicated educator and mental health professional. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UW Stevens Point as well as a Master of Science degree in Counseling from UW Oshkosh. Tammy worked as a science teacher before transitioning to a high school counselor. With Tammy's love of science and mental health, she began to explore how specific skills could be learned and applied to train our mind to help us be our best selves. Tammy completed the highest level of mindfulness training through Mindful Schools by completing the yearlong Mindful Teacher certification program. 

 

Prior to contracting with Sole 2 Soul, Tammy developed and taught a class specifically focused on mindfulness practices in the high school setting. Tammy has led professional development sessions for educators, guiding them in incorporating mindfulness practices that support both teachers and students in the classroom. Additionally, she has presented at a wellness seminar for a large student audience and facilitated mindfulness training for small student groups.

 

Tammy has added her specialty of working with athletes by focusing on sport teams and individual athletes to improve performance, gratitude and a sense of accomplishment. Tammy attended the Meditation Research in Sport Symposium where she learned original research findings from meditation training in sport at Wisconsin Athletics and learned specific strategies from UW-Madison researchers on meditation training and practices in sport and programs. Tammy also follows the work of Chad McGehee, Director of Meditation Training for UW Athletics and his work with several UW-Madison athletic teams.

 

Having experienced the transformative power of mindfulness firsthand, Tammy deeply understands its benefits for both herself and others.  Tammy is committed to sharing these mindfulness practices with others to foster better mental health, focus and overall well-being.

Kayla Kubat, Client Concierge and Administrative Specialist

Kayla's role includes providing support to our clients as needed including billing related questions, problem solving client portal questions and offering scheduling support as needed. Kayla also serves as S2S's billing specialist, medical records custodian and marketing assistant. She is your first point of contact with S2S and has continual contact with clients throughout their treatment process via calls, texts and email. 

 

Kayla joined the Sole 2 Soul team in September 2019 and has a history working within dental and orthodontics as an Office Manager, Financial/Billing Coordinator and Receptionist. Kayla enjoys being a support for clients, encouraging a smooth and successful experience on the administrative end while clients work with their S2S mental health therapist on their treatment needs.
