Sole Movement includes Sole 2 Soul's physical wellness programs, focusing on physical fitness and  nutritional support through education and coaching. Our goal is to provide effective services where all feel accepted and motivated to reach their goals.

 

We provide services to teens and families, encouraging overall health, confidence building and a shift in culture to allow for long-term changes. Our programs are experiential, fun and engaging!

Family, Teen & Child
Nutrition Support

Whether you are a family transitioning to a gluten free diet, are concerned about your child's gastrointestinal challenges or may have concerns about your child's weight, Soul Movement offers education and coaching to help you as a parent feel less overwhelmed and more empowered.

 

With improved gut health, your child has less discomfort, increased mental clarity and improved mood regulation amongst many other benefits. If the whole family joins in...even better!  

Family Transition Plans & Support

For: Families who are seeking guidance and support in transitioning to one of the following:

1. Gluten free lifestyle

2. From a processed foods to whole foods lifestyle

We appreciate and respect that you may or may not know how to make the transition to a nutritional lifestyle needed for your child. We also know that sometimes hearing it from someone else is helpful, especially for your tween or teen. The program is tailored for each unique child/family. See program details below.

Program includes:

1. A questionnaire sent to the parent(s) to gather information helpful to understand the basics of your request.

2. A 60-minute call or in-person meeting with a certified health coach who specializes in nutrition to review and obtain more in-depth understanding of your needs, concerns, obstacles you are facing and to establish your individualized goals.

3. A 45-60-minute call to discuss a guideline for your child/family including help with your nutritional transition, "food swap" ideas and recipes that would be appropriate for your family/child and your family's lifestyle.

4. An email with the comprehensive guidelines based on all the information collected along with recipes and any important follow up information..

5. Optional follow-up calls are offered to support you and your family for as long as is needed.

Cost: Transition Program $250, $50 per 30-minute optional follow up calls. 

Fuel for Sport

For: Parents of kids who are involved in athletics or are regularly active. This program is focused on guiding parents to provide fuel that focuses on energy, muscle recovery and growth, speed, endurance and hydration. The recipes for meal planning are geared towards the busy household with tight schedules. Easy to grab snacks for a long day at the baseball diamond or dance competition that provide the above essentials for peak performance are a part of the planning.

Program Includes:

1. 45-minute meeting with parents (teen may attend) to identify the type of fueling needed based on your child's athletic performance goals or needs due to level of activity. Goals are developed at the first meeting.

2. 45-minute meeting to review suggestions for types of nutrition, eating behaviors (before a game, recovery, sustainability), snack ideas and recipes for a busy household.

Cost: Fuel for Sport Program $250; $50 per 30-minute optional follow up calls.
