Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness practices are valuable for any individual...whether you consider yourself mentally healthy, struggle with a mental health disorder, are an athlete or student looking for peak performance ... the list goes on.

 

We offer Mindfulness Training for anyone looking to increase focus, concentration, awareness, regulation of emotions, self-compassion and the consideration of the feeling of others. Through using the skills taught, you will be more grounded, have increased self-control and be a better friend, teammate, performer, family member and best of all...your real and authentic self.

Mindfulness for Anyone

For: Anyone...truly anyone.

For those who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, difficulty emotionally regulating or being "present" in the moment, this program is highly recommended for you. 

Program: 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length. Call to schedule your 6 sessions at Sole 2 Soul. After school and evening appointments are available. In person or virtual meetings offered.

Cost: Individual $400; Group of 2-5 participants $600; Group of 6 or more participants $800 

*HSA funds can be used to the mindfulness training

Mindfulness for Athletes

For: Individual athletes or Teams

Program: 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length.

If for a team, it is HIGHLY recommended to have full support from the coach and to implement the program and skills taught in place of traditional practice time to avoid athlete burnout and promote the value of mindfulness in the sport.

In person or virtual sessions are offered for individual athletes.

Cost: Individual athlete $400; Team of 2-5 participants $600; Team of 6 or more participants $800
