Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness practices are valuable for any individual...whether you consider yourself mentally healthy, struggle with a mental health disorder, are an athlete or student looking for peak performance ... the list goes on.

Mindfulness for Anyone

For: Anyone...truly anyone.

For those who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, difficulty emotionally regulating or being "present" in the moment, this program is highly recommended for you. 

Individual Program: 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length. Program for individual clients considers personal goals. 

Cost: $400

 

Adult Mindfulness Group: 6 sessions, 45 minutes in length. Group is offered ongoing but weekly sessions are preferred. 

Wednesdays from 6:15-7:00 pm

Cost: $275/participant 

Family Mindfulness: 6 session, 30 minutes in length.

Ages of participants are considered and a minimum of one parent is required.

Cost: $275/participant

Large Group Mindfulness: (perfect for employee groups): 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length.

Cost: $800 

After school and evening appointments are available. In person or virtual meetings offered. Contact Sole 2 Soul to schedule.

Mindfulness for Athletes

For: Individual athletes or Teams. This program allows for the enhancement of the mental aspect of an athlete's game. Mindfulness also encourages compassion towards one another, leading to a more cohesive team culture.

Program: 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length.

If for a team, it is HIGHLY recommended to have full support from the coach and to implement the program and skills taught in place of traditional practice time to avoid athlete burnout and promote the value of mindfulness in the sport.

In person or virtual sessions are offered for individual athletes.

Cost: Individual athlete $400; Team of 2-5 participants $600; Team of 6 or more participants $800

*HSA funds can be used for the mindfulness training
