Mindfulness encourages both emotional and physical wellness. Whether you are someone seeking additional skills related to managing your mental health symptoms, if you are someone working through a situational stressor and therefore are looking for decreased stress and increased resiliency or if you are wanting to improve your connections to your children through increased "presence" and focus, check out our various programs to help you find your peace, your pause and overall well-being.

General Individual Training
For: Anyone...truly anyone.
For those who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, difficulty emotionally regulating or being "present" in the moment, this program is highly recommended for you.
Individual Program: 6 sessions, 30 minutes in length. Program for individual clients considers personal goals.
