Christy Sprotte, MSE, Ed.S.

Group Facilitator

Christy Sprotte, MSE, Ed.S., contracts with Sole 2 Soul to run therapeutic groups for kids and teens. She has a psychology degree from Carroll College and a school psychology specialist degree from UW–La Crosse. She's been a school psychologist for 20 years in both public schools and private practice, working mostly with neurodivergent kids and their families.

These days, Christy teaches kids how to recognize what's happening in their bodies when they're stressed or overwhelmed. She helps them find ways to calm down that actually work for them. She's certified in Growing Up Mindful and has specialized training in how stress and trauma affect the brain. Her favorite part is teaching kids about their nervous systems in ways that make sense to them—using art projects, movement games, and breathing exercises they can actually remember to use.

Christy has been running regulation workshops in schools and community centers for years. She created two programs that use art and creative projects to help kids express themselves when words don't work. At Sole 2 Soul, she runs groups for tweens and teens, plus workshops where families learn these skills together.

Jena Haggith, BA

Administrative Support & Billing Specialist

With eight years of experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Minnesota, I built my career around supporting individuals and families through meaningful change. After dedicating nearly a decade to this important work, I returned to Wisconsin to be closer to family and was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with my children.

I’m a proud parent of two young kids who keep life busy and fun, and we also have two dogs that add even more energy to our home. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a good book, spending quality time with friends and family, or working on a puzzle or in my garden.
